Welcome to Tree House Together
Join us in the tree house, together!
There’s so much that we’re curious about! In the tree house, together, we chat about topics that we find to be fun and fascinating.
A new episode is released every week.
Content is geared towards preschool and kindergarten age kids, approximately 3–6 years old. But we also hope it will be entertaining and informative for listeners of any age!
Three types of topics —
Natural World (Tree): There are so many fascinating parts of nature. Plants, animals, biomes, space, weather, insects, natural wonders.
Built World (House): What have people created in the world? Things like art, architecture, sports, machines, and elements of civilization.
People in the World (Together): How do we interact with each other? Celebrations, traditions, fascinating people, social and emotional concepts, interesting jobs.
This is a three-generational labor of love —
Tree House Together was created by daughter-mother duo Kara and Jean Brodgesell. It’s voiced by Kara and her kid, T.
Jean was a Montessori preschool teacher for 20 years and brings nearly 40 years of mothering and grandmothering experience to this endeavor.
When T started to get excited about listening to podcasts, Kara couldn’t find one that dove deeply into a variety of nonfiction subjects. Unable to let it go, she roped her mom into helping her create one!
